"Can Someone Hand Me a Tissue"

OMG! I just got around to watching the second season premier of Rookie Blue this weekend. It was a great premier, what happened made me cry and cry and cry some more.

The show is about these five rookie cops Andy, Traci, Gail, Chris, and Dov. They are now in there sophomore year as cops and still going through some crazy times.

On the season premier, Andy is talking to this college girl at a free concert where the rookies are doing crowd control and next thing you know the girl is shot in the head. Andy takes a shot to the upper abdomen, luckily she was wearing her vest.

Between Andy being shot and the toll it takes on her, the girl being such a good person and not even the actual target of the shooting, the pep talk that one of the veteran cops (Oliver) gives to Andy, the victims mother at the hospital, and Dov trying to convince the captain to make a way for the victims organs to be donated as the mom wishes... I could not stop the tears from flowing.

I know that these shows are not for real, but I think it is so awesome when you can watch a show and fall so in love with the characters that you are actually so touch by what they are going through that you have to keep pausing the DVR to wipe your eyes and blow your nose. Smile!

This is a great show and I am looking forward to what happens this season. I am wondering how Sam (Andy's previous training officer) is going to deal with his o'so obvious feelings for Andy. What will Traci do about her feelings for detective Barber now that she is back with her son's father. Also, what will come of Andy's boyfriend Luke's ex-girlfriend joining the 15.

Rookie Blue fans, have any ideas of what will go down this season? TV talk with me. Also, if any of you have not gotten into Rookie Blue yet I recommend checking it out.

So, what did your show make you do this week?
